Eating vegetables and fruits for gastric and duodenal ulcers is useful, but within normal limits, which differs for each product. There are relatively harmful foods that cause bloating and indigestion - grapes, cabbage, citrus fruits, watermelon for stomach ulcers. Almost all vegetables and fruits can provoke dyspepsia, but nutrition is impossible without them, since the main principle of a therapeutic diet is the complete intake of vitamins and microelements with natural food.

To understand which vegetables and fruits are suitable for stomach ulcers, and most importantly, in what quantities you can eat, you need to take a closer look at their composition, as well as their effect on the gastrointestinal tract, especially the gastric mucosa and the walls of the duodenum.
