After a person gets better, the menu can be expanded. However, introducing additional products into your diet is permissible only after consulting a doctor.

Experts also report that the diet after an upset stomach and intestines should completely exclude alcoholic beverages. In addition, it must be remembered that smoking causes irreparable harm to the body. In a weakened patient, bad habits cause diarrhea, kill beneficial flora, and irritate the mucous membrane.
According to gastroenterologists, a recovery diet after such exacerbations should include: cottage cheese, steamed chicken and beef cutlets, water porridge, low-fat steamed fish, light soups, non-acidic kefir, teas, crackers, decoctions, gray or bran bread.
